Urja
Sharma Roadlines · 24 trucks

The 3-minute demo

It started with a lunch stop. On a bike ride from Bengaluru to Mysore, I met a truck owner with 24 trucks who couldn’t say what his fleet made yesterday; he’d find out at month end, when the money was already gone.

Urja is built for owners like him. Meet Mr. Sharma: 24 trucks out of Jaipur (simulated).

A prototype on a simulated fleet, Sharma Roadlines, with the demo clock at Mon 28 Sep 2026, 7:12 AM. Six stops, in order.

  1. 7 AM: one message, in Hindi

Instead of a dashboard, the owner gets one WhatsApp brief in Hindi; toggle EN to read it in English.

  2. Rupees, not data

Not where the trucks are, but what they made: ₹1,86,400 earned yesterday, and ₹11,430 of it doesn’t add up, across 3 trips.

  3. Tap for the evidence

At 2:14 AM, RJ14 GB 4521 was parked near Behror with the ignition off, and the tank dropped 38 L in 26 minutes, about ₹3,420; Urja says it doesn’t add up, and the driver gets to explain.

The Flag lab opens on step 4, High on one family; step to 5, the simulated camera, for a second family, then switch to Autopilot and L4’s auto-hold becomes available.

  4. When the money is trusted, the record becomes credit

The SuprFleet bet: closed books become verified truck-months a lender can finance against, with the owner’s consent.

  5. Who pays

What each tier does for the owner, and who pays for it.

  6. What a lender sees

One truck as a lender reads it: 27 of 180 verified days, and no projections.
