SuprFleet 2030 · the bet

Munshi → credit

SuprFleet Munshi closes a small fleet owner's books every morning: it reconciles each truck's diesel, tolls and trips into a per-truck profit with evidence, in Hindi on WhatsApp, using telemetry the truck already sends. That verified ledger becomes the record a lender can finance against, with the owner's consent.

Prototype, simulated dataSharma Roadlines and its 24 trucks are simulated. Research figures are marked unverified until each page is opened and quoted.

The bet in one loop

The loop: closed books become verified truck-months, which a consented lending partnership turns into cheaper credit, so the owner stays and the books keep closing.
  1. Close the books dailyDiesel, tolls and trips reconciled per truck, by morning.
  2. Verified truck-monthsAt least 25 verified days in a month.
  3. A consented lending partnershipThe owner shares the ledger with a lender, by consent.
  4. Cheaper creditThe lender sees verified cash flow, not a blind used-truck loan.
  5. The owner staysThe ledger's history compounds; a copycat can't backfill it.

Back to the start: the owner stays, so tomorrow's books close too.
