The product
A morning answer with evidence, from data the truck already sends; autonomy only where independent streams agree.
Prototype, simulated dataSharma Roadlines and its 24 trucks are simulated. Research figures are marked unverified until each page is opened and quoted.

Each multiple is worked out and defended separately. Only one of them is about speed.

- ₹0 new hardware: stream fusion on existing feeds
- Fuel-level sensors are listed at ₹8,000–12,500, and fuel-tracking software at ₹400–750 a month. [1]Source 1: Fuel-level sensor listings (Algotrack, Melta and generic GPS fuel sensors)unverified
- No new hardware: SuprFleet would read the AIS-140 device or OEM telematics a truck already has, plus FASTag, e-way bills and photographed fuel bills. Assumption

Streams × autonomy
Streams raise confidence; families unlock autonomy
Confidence rises as each stream rules out an innocent cause; autonomy needs independent families to agree. The truck's own tracker can reach High, but it counts as one family, so the L4 auto-hold also needs a second, independent family. A typed claim never vouches for itself.
- Trip 0926-04CheckthenLikelythenHighAdding Camera adds a 2nd family, which unlocks L4.Camera: simulated
- Trip 0927-02LikelythenHighHigh once bill OCR replaces the hand-typed bill.Bill OCR: simulated
- Trip 0926-11CheckStays at Check: no stream lifts a heavy-load cap. The honest counter-example.
Independent families count separate sources, not stream types. GPS, the fuel sensor, geofences and fleet history all come from the truck's own tracker and would fail together, so they count as one family. FASTag, the e-way bill, the pump's printed bill and a camera each count as another. A hand-typed bill is the claim being checked, so it doesn't count.

Assumptions behind this page3
- Month-end reconciliation is typical for a small fleet. Assumption bet-spec §3; not field-tested yet.
- No new hardware: SuprFleet would read the AIS-140 device or OEM telematics a truck already has, plus FASTag, e-way bills and photographed fuel bills. Assumption Our design (bet-spec §7). It holds only for trucks that already carry a tracker or OEM telematics: AIS-140 is mandated on national-permit goods carriers registered from 1 Jan 2019, and enforcement is uneven (research report §7.3). Bill OCR is simulated in this prototype.
- Verified cash flow should make for lower-risk loans. Assumption bet-spec §3; untested with a lender.
